Reporting a bug
Include these three things and you'll usually get a fix in the next release:
- macOS version — → About This Mac
- App version — right-click the menu bar ✦ → About
- What you expected vs. what happened — a screenshot helps enormously
Common fixes
- Board shows stale data — click the refresh arrow in the widget header, or right-click the menu bar icon → Refresh Now. The app refetches automatically every 30 minutes.
- Menu bar icon missing — macOS hides menu bar items when space runs out. Quit a menu bar app you don't need, or get a menu bar manager.
- Notifications not arriving — System Settings → Notifications → AIPixel → Allow. The app asks once on first launch; if you declined, this is the switch.
- Pro features still locked after subscribing — open Preferences → Restore Purchases. If that fails, your App Store account may differ from the purchasing one.
Billing & subscriptions
Apple handles all billing. Cancel anytime: System Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We never see your payment details, so refund requests also go through Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Feature requests
